Our current turnaround for a handmade face mask is 3-5 business days. These are NOT ready to ship, each one is made to order.

When you choose Priority Shipping at check out for our custom made face masks, it will still require 3-5 business days for production to make your masks! Once your mask is ready for shipping you will receive an email with your tracking information letting you know it is being shipped to you!

If you would like, you can add the “rush my order option” for $25 to jump the line and yours will ship with 24-48 hours from the time of purchase.  For 1-2 day guaranteed shipping, select EXPRESS shipping as well.

The production time remains the same for all incoming orders, once we have made the item, if you chose free shipping it will ship first class (3-5 business days).

We are working on orders daily and are sewing as fast as we can. Orders are completed based on when the order is placed, the sooner you order the better.

We currently offer free shipping over orders of $75 and offer local curbside pickup at our Montgomery location or Conroe location (we will call you when it’s ready!).

Due to the nature of this item it is NON-REFUNDABLE.

We do NOT suggest these for children under the age 5, as it could be a suffocation risk.  Do NOT leave a child unattended while wearing a face mask.

*CDC has always recommended against fabric face masks, but due to the shortage of one time use face masks, they are now being used when the supply is de-plenished. For more info click here


*Please wash in cold water & hang to dry before use. Do not apply heat to elastic, it will melt. Do NOT scrub or hand wash.
*Due to the fact that these are a universal size we recommend gently stretching the elastic by hand.

DISCLAIMER: While these do have a lining, the CDC has recommended to use handmade face covers as a last resort to prevent the spread of germs. Use at your own risk.  We recommend pairing these with other medically approved products. Due to the nature of the product these are a final sale.

FAQs:

-Do you know if they protect against Covid-19? No, we haven’t been able to test the theory.

-Will these for over regular face masks? Yes, these are recommended to be used with the approved covering.

-Will you be making children's size?  Please put your child’s age and fabric choice in the notes at checkout. We do not recommend for children under the age of 5 as these could be a suffocation risk.
